keyword=lost Left HRS: iocha14at about 0353, we lost the left HRS b/c we lost iocha14. see fig 1 for the symptoms. i did the following to recover:
(1) i stopped happex run 6227
(2) i started happex run 6228, right arm only
(3) i went to http://hareboot10 and did an "immediate reboot"
(4) at about 0400, the left HRS came back to life
(5) i set the p0 to 3.1235 (on purpose)
(6) i set the left Q2/Q3 currents to 1600A to cycle them
(7) verified that the left HRS fields had the correct signs
(8) at 0404, LQ3 was at 1600 Amp, now waiting for LQ2
(9) at 0407, LQ2 was at 1600 Amp, now setting p0 = 3.12340
(10) at 410, all but dipole is set
(11) made sure dipole regulator is off AND then set dipole current = 1098.88257 Amps
(12) at 0414, dipole current is about 1100 Amps, turned ON regulator
(13) at 0417, left HRS is recovered
(14) stop run 6228 and start run 6229
