keyword=MCC called: beam gone for injector access

at about 0445, MCC called to let us know that around 0600, they were taking beam away for an injector access to try to fix the Hall B laser problem.

since 2314 11/06/05, beam has been gone in hall B due to some laser locking problem. see fig 1 from the ELOG.

at about 0525, MCC called to let us know that the laser experts were here and that beam is gone.

    in response, we:

    (1) stopped happex run 6230 (production)
    (2) turned OFF beam modulation from greenmonster
    (3) turned OFF panguin using "panguin off"
    (4) stopped compton run 12736
    (5) moved the target to EMPTY
    (6) started happex run 6231 (cosmic)
    (7) wondered if we should do anything else about the target
    (8) did the shift checklist

note that when beam comes back, the following should be done:

    (1) the raster spot should be verified BEFORE putting the beam in the LH2 target
    (2) beam modulation should be turned ON from the greenmonster
    (3) panguin should be turned on using "panguin on"
    (4) happex and compton DAQs restarted for production
    (5) verify that the position/energy feedback is ON for hall A
    (6) verify that the compton lock is ON
