Took an access to reset ROC26 (HAPPEX Right spectrometer crate).

Using the IOC reset button and reset button on the crate didn't work this time. 
 Had to power cycle the crate.

After doing so, object code loaded just fine... and I took a test run (6312). 
Confirmed that all ADCs in that crate were still functioning within established 
parameters (mainly checking to see if all ADCs were responding linearly to 
DACnoise).
