    keyword=Right septum overtemp trip

    Right septum tripped from overtemp after the septum IOC was rebooted.  The 
reboot caused the sweeper current to be reset to 0.. thus causing beam heating 
of the septum.

Beam is off, while we wait for the right septum coils to cool down.
