keyword=Cavity Monitor Resolution for Slug 13Here's a figure showing the resolution for the cavities in microns for
slug 13. As a reminder, slug 13 is only different from slug 1 in that
the cavity ioc was rebooted beforehand, and new phase offsets were set.
This reboot got rid of the double-peaking previously seen in the position
differences from the cavities. The resolution for all monitors is now
1.3-1.8 um with the calibrations I calculated for this slug.
