I've been trying to set the phase on cav3x tonight, but I haven't been able to 
get it set correctly.  Basically, all data during owl shift from cav3x is no 
good (worse than usual) because I was moving the phase offset around a lot.  
I'm setting the phase back to what it was yesterday since the HRS DAQ isn't 
running at the moment.  I'll try to continue with this effort later today.
