    Switch to spectrometer DAQ for Q2 measurements.
    Did the checklist.

    Rates at 0.5 uA:
    T1 = 259 kHz
    T2 = 200 kHz
    T3 = 238 kHz
    T4 = 204 kHz
    T5 = T6 = 0
    T7 = 335 kHz
    T8 = 334 kHz

    Run 3099 with I = 0.5 uA. Collect 1 M events

    Reduced the beam current to 0.2 uA. Of course this means we
    lose position info in EPICS.

    Run 3100 with I = 0.2 uA. Collect 1 M events

    Fig 1 & 2 are the usual detector and Qsq plots for 200K events
    of run 3100. Yes, the database is way off but at least the plots
    did not change.

    After run 3100 finished we ask for 0.5 uA briefly.
    Observe that beam positions did not become too bad.
    This means the positions were probably ok during 0.2 uA.

    After this, we switch back to HAPPEX DAQ. Did the checklist.

    Note, starting at about 0:15 we received warnings that the
    Compton photon rate is too high (this happens above 10 kHz).
    Glancing at it I saw 13 to 19 kHz.
