    Alignment of the UMass detector.
    dP = -1 % = 1.0895 GeV
    Rates at 0.1 uA
    T1 = 825 kHz
    T2 = 140 kHz
    T3 = 294 kHz
    T4 = 165 kHz
    T5 = T6 = 0
    T7 = T8 = 56 Hz (S2 HV is off)

    Observe that both PMTs on both arms have good rate, so
    the UMass detector is working. HV was 1200 V.

    Run 3139 at dP = -1 %.

    Fig 1 -- momentum spectra for det1 and det3 above a cut.
    So we find we need these momenta
    P0L = 1.095
    P0R = 1.097
