Top two plots = momentum for T2/T4 for run 3141
Middle 2 plots = same for run 3139. For cuts on UMass dets.
Bottom 2 plots = same for run 3139. Only require T2/T4.
Based on this we try for P0 = 1.10 GeV which bumps things
to the left a bit. But it didn't help the present problem
which is a lack of UMass detector signal in HAPPEX DAQ.
