I modified the default cut in the happex configuration: curmon = bpm1i02ws and 
lobeam 0.3  This will enable the injector tests later today. 

Ryan Snyder (584-5763) will be available to manage the Pockels cell off tests.

I also re-enabled panguin.   We need to turn this off before starting pedestal 
tests... tomorrow.  We need to make some hardware modifications before pedestal 
runs to make sure we match running conditions.  I've asked the EGG to leave the 
source in as complete condition as possible.
