We started to experience errors with the modules in the beginning of the afternoon. Brad had the idea to look at the crate voltage again since we already had a problem with it. It happened to be down to 1.7 V. Removing a module and replacing it, brought it back to 1.96V and the crate seemed to operate well.

Not sure if this power drop is related with the wrong slot in the pedestal file I created ( I misread 1877 and 1881 ) but this could not help, the pedestal file has been corrected.
