We are in the no target position and restoring beam to the positions we desire 
on the bpms -> bpm4a (-0.244, -1.548) and bpm4b (-0.345, -0.778).

Evidentally the Moller dipole had been on previously, but we want it off, so we 
are restoring with this magnet off.

Once beam has been reestablished, we will do a harp scan to check the beam size 
and position - raster on and off.
