Trying to reduce amplitude of oven temp oscillations:

1. Aidan increased Prop. Band from 400 to 800, this seemed to stop the increase 
in amplitude but then the oscillations stabilized at +- ~20 C about the 215 C 
setting

2. Increasing P band to 1000 did not help 

3. Aidan suggested setting Reset to 0 (was 50): no major change

4. I reduced P band to 200 and then to 100: no change

5. I set the Reset to 25: no change

6. Increased set point to 217C: oscillations continue with same amplitude and 
period about new set point.

steps 4-6 were done at the downward zero crossing.

7. reduced P band to 50: no change

8. increased Reset to 75: no change

9. reduced P band to 20, Reset to 0, Rate increased to 5 (was 0): no change

10. Restored starting values P band 400, Reset 50, Rate 0: no change

Lowered temp setting to 215 C.
