Performed target polarization and calibration. I had a hard time getting an EPR signal (my mistake, nothing wrong with the system), so I have no doubted that I significantly depolarized the cell when I took the measurement. However, I got a calibration number that supports Gordon's theory of how the calibration "constant" should change. It continues to increase.

My new calibration constant is 0.5057 %/mV. Since this is higher than the previous constant and my measurement is suspect, I suggest that we continue to use the more conservative 0.465% until we can confirm this measurement.
