keyword=fit to 240 degree dataWe have just increased the oven set temperature to 240 degrees. That will most likely change the time constant, so this is our best fit to the data at 240 degrees. The "Tau" in the fits is in minutes. There is a large uncertainty in the UP sweep fit, and much less in the DOWN fit.
