keyword=Rise times and overshoots for oven temp set point changes
Using the stripchart for the oven RTD and the oven setpoint, I've tabulated the approximate rise times and any noticeable overshoot in the RTD readback for each change in oven setpoint over the last 3 days:
1) Between 9:53 and 10:53 on March 06, at approximately 9:58 the setpoint was changed from 240 C to 245 C. at about 10:33 the temperature stabilized at 245 C after peaking at about 246 C at 10:29.
2) at 9:05 on Mar 05, the oven set point was changed from 235 to 240 C. At about 10:03 the RTD readback stabilized at 245 C after overshooting very slightly between 9:43 and 10:03
3) At about 18:40 on 03/04 the setpoint was raised from 220 to 235 C. The RTD readback dipped at first, valleying at about 213 C at time 18:51, then rising to a peak of about 237 C at time 19:30, and then stabilizing at 235 C at time 19:43
4) At 16:10 on 03/04, the setpoint was lowered from 235 C to 220 C, after which the RTD readback dipped to a low of about 208 C at time 16:10, then stabilizing at 220 C at time 17:03
5) At 13:26 on 03/04, the setpoint was raised from 220 C to 235 C. The RTD readback dipped to about 212 C at time 13:38, then rose to a peak of about 240 C at time 14:41, then stabilized at 235 C at time 15:23
