This entry is a followup to: 165740

With Bryan's help, the upper limit for the oven RTD EPICS channel (HPOR)
was increased from 250 degs C to 300 degs C.  However this did not fix
the problem of flatlining above 250 degs C.  This implies that it is
probably a hardware limit on the ove RTD module.  An expert will need to
look into this to confirm.
 
The upper limit was changed back to 250 degs C.
