keyword=Tracking Residuals
These are the latest tracking residuals. They're only slightly worse
than before the tracking efficiency changes that were made last week.
There still seems to be some position problems for a few planes, namely
the v plane in the second chamber, which as been present since before
commissioning.
Residuals are considered the difference between the expected drift
distance from the track and the measured drift distance. Intercept
differences are done as residuals, but assume a correct left-right
differentiation and give a difference in the plane coordinate system,
usually indicating a shift in the plane direction.
