keyword=Controlled access summary for neutron detector

We went in controlled access to fix a couple of problems with the neutron detector.

    - Albert added capacitor at the output of the fan/out going to the disciminator to reduce the DC offset and low fequency noise : rate are down to 5 KHz at -50 mV threshold compared to the 500 KHz previously - we experienced again problem with the VETO nim crate, before power cycling it we checked that the -6V ( top one check point ) was low at -1.2 V, power cycling the crate solved the problem like the first time but this needs to be understood. - N1-26R was not well plugged at the summing module level and was replugged

All channels are working. Still a couple of issues with S11L and S12R S13R S14R which have two times more trigger than the others, we checked the signal with the scope but have not notice the problems. S12R S13R S14R have Glasgow detecto which are a bit noisier.
