keyword=test of new GenHelicityHere is a test of the new version of GenHelicity code from R. Holmes
for a production run 2951. Looks good ! See fig 1. Richard uses
the redundant time info to resolve the previous "helicity errors"
when the QRT signal appeared to jump in time. This happened because
of bit errors in the scaler used to measure time. Actually QRT and
other signals are quite robust. Now Richard uses a majority
"2 out of 3" clocks to decide the time, and this eliminates the
(false) helicity errors.
