keyword=Dbit3[0] plot for each neutron detector
We made a plot of Dbit3[0] for each neutron detector bar.
Run 2950 (3He) was used. By eye, the peak positions don't strongly
depend on neutron detector bars.
For some detectors the peak positions are shifted a bit, but
that may be due to statistical fluctuation.
