    A couple checks

    1. Sergey asked about the ADC gate for 1182 for BPM/raster.
It is flipped polarity (sloppy) but it goes to another module
which re-generates an adjustable gate and that has correct polarity.
Result is a 200 nsec shift in gate (which is stable). But we
have time shifts anyway between BPM & event data which need to
be worked out. So its ok, actually negligible, and I'll leave it.

    2. Looked at retiming on RT module. The L1A appears 42 nsec
before the BB RT pulse. Meanwhile at the coinc. overlap the
44 nsec wide N-arm trig. appears 32 nsec after the start of
the 100 nsec wide BB trig, so as N-arm slides 68 nsec later
the L1A will run into the RT. We could alleviate this by adding
26 nsec to the BB RT, but would need to check BB ADC, so I'll
leave it for now. When N-arm slides late, the BB will have
timing from N-arm during the last 26 nsec of the randoms. That
is sloppy, but correctable using other info in the data.
