keyword=Trigger TDC signals to be added to the DAQ

Maybe these already exist, but I couldn't find them...

It would be nice to have all of the trigger pulses fed into two sets of hi-resolution _multi-hit_ TDCs. One TDC should be stopped off the L1A (ie. NA-timed) and the other off the retimed BB trigger.

I know we have T1, T2 plugged into F1 TDC stopped off L1A. We should probably add T3 -- it would be 'nice' to add T7 and T9 too just to be complete.

    T1, T2, T3 are plugged into a low-res, single hit v775 stopped off the L1A.

I think we still need to get the triggers plugged into a BB-trigger-stopped 1877. I know we should be able to work backwards from the other data but given the uncertainty about the trigger, etc. it would be nice to have an unambiguous measure of these times for cross-checks.
