Most of the time spent looking at the latest data using the two replays with Brad, Sergey, Jonathan : - all the D variables allowing to access to the TDC values of the raw triggers fed in the TDC were added to the database : D.f1_T1, D.f1_T2 for T1 and T2 in neutron arm and atimeT1, atimeT2, atimeT3,btimeT1,btimeT2,btimeT3 for BigBite in VME TDC ( look for Brad entry for more details )
For reference the replayed run were done with : /adaqfs/home/adaq/e02013/COMMISIONNING/CoincAnalysis/replayM.C two files are available with about 100 K events /adaql3/work1/e02013/COMMISIONNING/coincidence/coinc_3081.root and in Sergey directory : /adaql3/work1/e02013/SHOWER_CALIB/e02013_3089_a.root /adaql3/work1/e02013/SHOWER_CALIB/e02013_3110_a.root
After the result posted by Sergey, we decided it might be useful to decode runs without any cuts in order.
Since we want to check the efficiency of the neutron detector, Seamus added additionnal variables for the neutron detector. The scripts are located /adaqfs/home/adaq/e02013/BB_tracking/tools : replayfull.C replays the runs with most of the useful variables for the neutron detectors ( sum and plane 1 maybe we could add the usual variables for the neutron detector) Since there is this cut issue I made a modified version without cuts : replayfullnoevcut.C It takes a number of event as argument : analyzer replayfullnoevcut.C\(10000\) I launched a couple of replay to test it : they are located in /adaql3/work1/e02013/BB_tracking/onlroot/ the short files are 10000 events : /adaql3/work1/e02013/BB_tracking/onlroot/e02013_3081-full-nocut.root /adaql3/work1/e02013/BB_tracking/onlroot/e02013_3082-full-nocut.root /adaql3/work1/e02013/BB_tracking/onlroot/e02013_3088-full-nocut.root /adaql3/work1/e02013/BB_tracking/onlroot/e02013_3089-full-nocut.root
I checked file 3082 had all the variable, and D.bit3[0] looked good.
I also started updating the farm software to the latest version and I have to make a version of the replay and the output definition file that will have most of the variables including tracking so that higher statitics runs can be launched on the farm.
For now looking at the speed of the script about 100Hz I launched the replay on elastics runs for 1 Million events for each run so that they should be available in about 3 hours.
Things I would have like to look at if I had more time :
Neutron time of flight using the D.f1_T2 ( bigbite time in neutron TDC )
Split analysis on our farm analysis.
