Switched out the hv3 HV crate, the old one placed on the shelf to be surveyed. The new crate was acquired from the EEL(?). The old hv3 just kept crashing, without any understanding as of why. After removing roughly half the cards, the crate began to work again, but it was decided to replace it since it was crashing frequently.
A new portserver was put in to control hv3 (neutron arm), so to access the HV crate directly connect to 129.57.192.17:2002 (hatsv22:2002). This is to eliminate the portserver as part of the problem. The shift-worker documentation has to be updated.
The "spare" HV crate, which has a bad fan, is has been turned off and is connected to genps1:2003.
If this happens again, we might want to move some of the cards to the "spare" crate, to isolate if a specific card or load is causing the problem.
