    keyword=A spare neutron HV crate installed

    We installed in the hall a spare HV crate for neutron detectors (labeled "HV.6") that was tested in EEL building yesterday. We also connected cable (genps1 port#3) and installed one card at slot15 for testing purpose. If one of the working crates has some problem, we can switch to this new crate.
