I saved the setting of HV in file NA_dv_044_new_crate4.set and in NA_dv_044_new_crate4.hv

I reduced the gain of the Marker 3 by a factor 2 and marker 4 by a factor of 3 using the hv_adjust program.

Current high voltages are saved in A_dv_044_new_crate6.set and in NA_dv_044_new_crate6.hv

A cosmics run was started for this one : run 3653
