Smooth running.

Mostly looked at N7-40L, counting rates are showing to be about 5 times smaller. I checked at the previous cosmics run and it is supposed to have a gain close from the other ones. But looking at run 3681, it seems its gain is smaller. I could not see the proton peak for this one but compared to N7-40R, it seems much smaller. So we might want to increase the HV on this PMT to have it closer from the others, and look for proton.
