It is good idea: 1) hapc5 showing ND rates and trigger rates run bighand.tcl overlayed by trigger rate scaler like in Fig. 1 2) if one of ROCs hung, better to reboot them all, you will spend the same time, but if something wrong with one ROC could be with others.
Looked at begining of run 3748 and it is fine.
