I believe I fixed a bug in the HAPPEx feedback analysis code, that was causing 
a segmentation fault.  

This should make feedback more stable.. (hopefully less of those red "No update 
in over 2 minutes!" messages).

This change began with HAPPEx run 7396.  I'll watch over feedback performance 
during the next few days to make sure I didn't break anything.  I still have 
the old compiled code in case I need to backout of the change.
