    keyword=Target computer crashes

    The target computer crashed again at 22:23 h with same error STOP 0x0c2, although the error report says it was a STOP 0x0EA, caused by a video driver.

    Before this crash we had replaced (with Aidan) the RealVNC vnc viewer with TightVNC ones, because the previous crash at 18:45 h happened while running vncviewer in a browser, so vnc seemed related to the crashes.

    Since the Microsoft error report recommends installing the most current video driver for the video adapter, I have downloaded the appropriate driver for the target computer's Dell service tag from Dell to the desktop, but haven't installed it yet. It should be installed after the next crash as a possible solution. Since it is a Dell recommended driver, it should be safe to install.

    Before rebooting after the crash, I also run the Dell HD diagnostics, which completed without errors, so the disk drive seems OK.
