    Followups:

    keyword=re: TS0 warnings.

    The printouts on TS0 apparently mean that TS0 is skipping events
    which it counts from a hardware signal from the trigger supervisor.
    Possibly a hardware problem and it might help to powercycle TS0.
    Meanwhile A. Camsonne says his synch checks look ok. But if the
    TS crate on either HRS is out of synch it would mean the events don't
    really know the helicity, since it is only measured in one place !!
    It would be a good idea to fanout the helicity bit (just one cable)
    to an ADC in each Fastbus crate. Depending on what people decide,
    this might not be as important on the R-HRS, but the stakes are high
    for the L-HRS data. I would suggest we do this fanout on the L-HRS
    during the next significant access time.
