After rebooting many times iocha16, I noticed that even after the ioc booted OK by looking at the port server the IOC heart beat on the display was still not reading. We already had this problem before and this hints at a problem of communication of the display with the IOC. I opened another display on another computer and the righ arm controls indeed displayed. So controls were fine but display was stuck.
I rebooted hacsbc2 but it still has an odd problem, the display screens don't display on it. So right now the controls screen are run on adaql8 with an ssh on hacsbc2.
