So I asked to increase the raster size, I am not sure which values they are putting in now since the operator told me that it was set to 2 by 2. I asked for a 4mm by 3 mm and got a spot size close from 2 by 2 on target. The spot ++ run are 1182 ( 2x2 setting ) 1183 ( 4x2 ) and 1184 (4 x 3 )
