    This entry is a followup to: 186977

    keyword=reboot R-HRS NMR too

    Rebooted R-HRS NMR too.
    This semed to be necessary because after rebooting IOC the NMR
    was frozen. After rebooting NMR, we found we had to:
    1. Put to Mode=Auto, Field Pol=Neg.
    2. Want Probe B, but it was reading back probe A. Click on the
    pulldown menu for Probe# to wake it up to read back B.
    3. Wanted Search=On, but this refused to turn on until we clicked
    Regulator Off. Then Search=On worked, then regulator=On.
    4. Finally the NMR locked.
    (As per the sticky note, "play if needed")

    Then Alexandre shows up and says we didn't have to do any of
    this because the R-arm dipole current is stuck (indeed it isn't
    fluctuating now either).
