    keyword=adjust delay for TCL

    The coinc. time measured on L-arm was too close to the end
    of the TDC range, so we adjusted the delay there by 96 nsec.
    The R-arm TC, meanwhile, looked ok.

    There is an issue with the EDTM pulser that during checkout we
    have to add a 50 nsec cable to S2 on L-arm in order to get the
    delays right. This is because of the "broken symmetry" whereby
    one arm has S2 and the other S2m, and the way the pulser is
    connected. I don't feel like explaining it all here, but the
    upshot is that the EDTM pulser doesn't appear on top of the
    physical coincidence peaks when we remove this 50 nsec cable
    to perform production running (as it is now). In the future
    we should modify these EDTM modules to provide more delays
    to accomodate this unexpected way of running (S2 & S2m) so that
    the pulser setup is exact.
