keyword=Hall C Energy ModulationHall C does coil modulation once every three runs (approximately
every 3 hours). It takes 3 mintues to go through the modulation
cycle. Fisrt they move the position in Hall C line, so this affects
only Hall C. For the last minute, the energy is changed by
+/- 5X10^-5.
The EPICS variable that shows they are doing modulation is:

shows the energy modulation is: HCBMWCALC.J and it will step from

From Monticello Screen: click on the yellow button next to Magnets,
click "3C" at the far left and choose "3C Position Modulation
