    keyword=Hall A in controlled access for target switch (LH2->He3)

    requested controlled access at 8:38 am for target switch from LH2
    to He3. Currently the hall is in controlled access. Mike Seely is in the Hall to do the target switch: warm up LH2, lockup the LH2 tank, pump/purge LH2 panel/loop, fill LH2 panel/loop with He4 gas; pump/purge the He3 gas panel, introduce He3 gas from the 100 G tank,
    then start cool-down. The whole procedure is estimated (by Mike Seely) to take one shift.
    At the meantime, Ed Folts is also going to do some work on the left dipole (NMR) and take off right VDC guide plate.
    Bogdan will check one gas Cherenkov PMT.
