    8:00, Makis/Elena (previous shift) are lowering S1_R HV by 8%
    for test test runs on dummy target.
    8:14-8:38 test runs with lowered S1_R HV.
    8:38 requested controlled access to switch target from LH2 to He3.

    ~9:00 Hall A in controlled access. Mike Seely is doing the target switch (estimated time ~1 shift). Ed Folts and company are working
    on Left Arm Dipole (NMR) and take off right VDC guide plate.
    Bogdan checked out left gas Cherenkov PMT #2.

    12:10 Mike/Dave completed switching from LH2 to He3.

    13:30 closed right spectrometer detector hut door. Reset left arm dipole and Q1.
    13:50 left spectrometer all set, beam back.
    13:59 lowered S1_R HV by additional 8% and started test runs with 30 uA on dummy target.
    14:45-15:30 changed configuration from 3rd dummy to 1st dummy
    L=19.3 degree, 3.1 GeV, R=69.68 degree, 0.518 GeV.
    moved to He3 target, downloaded trigger.
    15:20 left ioc stuck, rebooted.
    15:35 spectrometers all set.
    After 5 uA checked raster. Requested 30 uA. Just before we plan to start data taking, ESR crashed. Right Q1 and diople, left Q1 and Q3 are gone. CHL also fluctuated, but the target survived.
    16:00 ESR started to recover.

    run 1306 cosmic run to test left Cherenkov PMT #2, which has HV lowered from -1870 to -1700 V.
