    keyword=scaler.map updated in onlana

    I updated the scaler.map file in ~adaq/e04018/onlana so that
    the end-of-run printout from the Podd analyzer is correct.
    The map that was there was from Jan 2003 !
    I saved it as scaler_old.map (it should not be used but I saved it
    just in case).
