This entry is a followup to: 190830
keyword=anomaly in target vacuumfor about hald an hour we had again a bad reading (?) of the vacuum in the target. It has been a jump from about 1.e-06 to more that 3.e-05 originating a red alarm. It has been with a high reading for about 15 minutes, starting after to decrease slowing and stabilizing again to the initial value of about 1.e-06
