Target would not move. Rebooted IOC and restarted GUI:
problem was not solved. Talked to Dave Meekins and suggested
the "GO HOME" option which worked! tgt went all the way to
one extreme and than back to 0 (empty position). From 0
we were able to set absolute position to 2653600.
