keyword=scattering chamber vacuum pressure, continuedscattering chamber vacuum pressure has been in the "yellow" area constantly for several minutes now, sometimes venturing into the red area. It seems the vacuum has steadily deteriorated this shift, albeit slowly. It is now hovering in the 1.9-2.0E-5 range. Is it okay to change the limits, or do we have a problem?
