raster current appears non-uniform. This might be a trigger/target
effect. To figure this out we'll do a pulser run after the beam
is taken away, and we could look again at the output of those
amplifiers (the ones I replaced yesterday).
Note, we looked at the raster pickoff upstairs in Y(t) mode.
It is extremely triangular -- no problems with raster itself.
