    keyword=alarms to ignore RMS=0

    Per discussions, one of the alarm conditions would be to see if the
    magnet currents are fluctuating (at least at the 10^-8 level).
    If not, and if the data are not "Invalid", I make the alarm, the logic
    being that a frozen value is a bad sign.

    Generally they do fluctuate but in any 2 minute interval there's a
    good chance the value remains constant with 9 (!!) digits of accuracy.
    Must be some discretation of the data. So I give up on that and will
    only watch for a drift.

    I probably don't understand the control system enough to make
    an alarm. Have fun watching your charts ...
