    keyword=T3 rates ( Time submitted 12:02)

Looking at the t3 rates normalized to 38 uA I get

    Run T3
    1826 6.8 Khz
    1838 7.0
    1854 7.2
    1860 7.3
    1865 7.3
    1870 6.3
    1871 7.9
    1872 7.9
    1882 8.1

The rate has got a little worse but not much.

I don't know whether Konrad was referring to the T5 rate
changing from 7.7Hz to 120 Hz for runs 1870 to 1871, but the current
changed from 10 to 38uA and a fair amount of the t5 are accidentals.
    The t1 rate change from 12kHz to 72kHz in 1870 to 1871. I don;t
understand why this is not linear. The t3 rate changed 1.7KHz to 7.9 KHz
which scales. I don't know the coincidence window but if it is 100ns then
the accidental rate for 1871 is 100ns*72kHz*8Khz = 60 Hz while for 1870
the accidental rate would be 2 Hz.
