keyword=beam current dependent bgr ?At 40 uA with Pb#3 we see the same peaked structure seen on
swing shift -- fig 1. It's intperpreted as hitting a target
frame, but now I'm not so sure. At 5 uA the distribution is
much flatter -- fig 2. At first I speculated that maybe the
target is rotating as we move the ladder up and down, but
now I dont think so. Then I speculated that perhaps the middle
part becomes fluid at high current but the same pattern is seen
with the carbon target. It is not clear what this means.
