The scaler history file in ~a-onl/scaler/scaler_history.dat
records the end-of-run scalers for each run.
The code that reads these (go there by "goxscaler", then see
README, it is "tscalhist") had a problem: For some time now
the scaler history data was in hexidecimal format due to some
recent history with the scripts. I've decided to leave this
format alone for now. I fixed the code by asks the users
whether the format is hex or plain decimal.

"tscalhist" can do anything the more popular scripts can do.
It uses the THaScaler class in Podd.
