Cycled the power and most of them came back up. However the FPP HVs
in the right central column were indicating a different measured V
compared to the Demand V causing the alarm handler to alarm. I found
the procedure to reset the FPP high voltage channel pasted below
hacsbc2. This procedure cleared the voltage mismatch between the measured and Demand voltages.
02:03 FPP HV successfully reset and resumed data taking.
