Followups:
keyword=T2 rate zero after Trigger DownloadAfter downloading the trigger, the T2 is zero. During the download,
it appears that something got stuck when sending MLU data, which is
in crate #2 slot #9. Eventually the download completed, but it took
much longer than it normally takes. I attempted to reboot the ROC1, ROC2 and TS, but this did not fix T2 after downloading the trigger
again.
